Jojoba bushes grow in arid, desert environments and are native to the Southern, Sonoran desert of the USA and Northern Mexico. The bushes are now cultivated worldwide due to the usefulness of their oil products. A valuable conditioning liquid is pressed from the seeds.
The "oil" is technically not a triglyceride oil at all. It is a liquid wax with ester compounds. This is what imparts its stability and unique feel on skin. The wax/ester compounds are much more stable than triglyceride oils and resist oxidation. Jojoba oil can keep much longer than most other seed oils.
Native Americans first discovered the usefulness of the jojoba oil, and employed it for skin and hair care as well as preserving hides. We owe our knowledge of its benefits to their traditional wisdom.

The expiration date of your bottle of oil will be marked on the bottle. Jojoba oil is extremely stable and will keep for years with more heat tolerance than other oils.

Directions
Dispense a few drops and massage into skin. May be blended with other oil based ingredients of your choosing for DIY skincare.
Store at room temperature or below and out of direct sunlight.
This oil is good for people with nut allergies as the jojoba seed is not a nut.
