Violets Are Blue Lemongrass/Tea Tree Magnesium Deodorant Stick

Blissoma is absolutely tickled to welcome the Violets Are Blue Magnesium Deodorants to our offerings!

This formula was created over 3 years of careful development by Cynthia, the Violets Are Blue founder. Her breast cancer journey led her to create healthy personal care products that would help fuel vitality and healing, and treat the body with TLC.

This formula is healthy, safe, and very effective at odor protection. It has a different range of ingredients than our Scentless Stick and is available in Unscented, Eucalyptus, and Lemongrass/Tea Tree currently. It's a wonderful complement to our other stick and spray offerings.

Magnesium serves as the anti-odor foundation of this formulation, and its ratio was meticulously fine-tuned for over a year to achieve optimal efficacy. This formula is especially beneficial for women, as magnesium is more absorbable through the skin than ingested orally, with a range of potential benefits for the full body. Most importantly it's safe and healthy for the lymph system, which has filtration hubs near the armpits.

This formula is not an anti-perspirant, so you'll still sweat. The tapioca starch included in the formula helps it spread on smoothly and absorb some sweat.

We are offering these in the Violets Are Blue packaging for now to make the transition as eco-friendly as possible. A stock of sticks and boxes remained and we didn't want them to go to landfill. The Eucalyptus and Lemongrass versions are appearing in the VAB custom printed PCR tubes in boxes still, and the Unscented one is offered with a sticker label and no box since no packaging for that version remained. As packaging dwindles we'll be working on moving to Blissoma branding and artwork later this year.

This is the first formula Blissoma has ever acquired from another brand, and we couldn't be happier to give Cynthia's recipe a home at our herbal studio. She put a tremendous amount of love, care, and healing into its creation. We're also grateful to welcome any VAB deodorant fans and introduce you to Blissoma's offerings.

All sticks are now being made by the Blissoma staff based on Cynthia's formula.
