We take returns up to 30 days after purchase on most products we carry.
We are offering FREE RETURN SHIPPING on any eligible items from your Summer Sale purchase.
That means this is the best time to try something new-to-you. Shampoo? Conditioner? Serum? Foundation? Just get it! If you don't like it send it back on us.
Please note that only ONE COUPON CODE can be used at a time in our shopping cart.

Quantities of brands other than Blissoma will be limited to what we have on hand. No rain checks or backorders will be processed, so if you want to make sure you get your Beauty items on sale please shop early.

Shipping Times:
Even with additional box packing helpers this event creates such a volume of transactions that we request that you plan that it may take up to a week to ship your order. We will be processing them as fast as we can.
Orders will be processed on a first come - first served basis.
Ordering earlier in the sale is also a benefit if you want your items faster.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number that will allow you to follow its progress toward you. Receipt of tracking number does not necessarily mean the item has left our building, though. The tracking numbers are created when we create the package. You will see updates from the carrier when it is scanned in at their facility.
If you need expedited shipping please DO NOT use the free shipping option as all packages shipped free go GROUND/ECONOMY. We offer UPS expedited shipping services.
Even with expedited shipping we make no date certain guarantees for shipping during this event unless you have made special arrangements with us beforehand. We will do our best to accommodate expedited packages as rush orders.
Please consider where you are shipping in terms of temperature and safety.
It's not good for your skincare to sit and bake in the sun for hours, and it is summer now. Similarly if theft is a concern at your home consider shipping to a more secure address.
Shipping Insurance:
We offer and highly recommend Blissoma shipping insurance on your order.
You can purchase this shipping insurance service during checkout for just $1.55 per package.
Due to high levels of lost and damaged packages over the last few years we are no longer replacing packages if clients choose not to purchase shipping insurance.
You can toggle the shipping insurance off during checkout if you choose.
Packages shipped without insurance are at the buyer's own risk.
Replacement of damaged or lost items is easy and fast when your package is insured.
Please insure your packages. It's a very small cost for peace of mind.
