Can you please describe the scents to me?
The blends all have a clean, fresh smell to them. Men tend to like Juniper and Citrus best, and Juniper is our top selling and couples often share it because it's green, spicy, and a little sweet in a way that works for everyone.
The Lavender blend is not purely floral and has a clean, spicy, and earthy aspect to it that is intended to not overpower other scents you may choose to wear. Oils like Cedarwood and Patchouli also help stick the aroma to your skin for a little longer
How long will the scent last?
The scent will not last all day, and it's not supposed to. Essential oils "flash off" eventually which is also partly how you know the scent really is natural. By around mid day the aroma will have diminished, but the protection from the active ingredients remains. Deodorant does not have to be scented to prevent body odor, and our scents are just a pleasant sensory addition to the recipe and not active ingredients.
Do you use isolated fragrance chemicals in these recipes?
No, we do not. The scent comes from pure, whole, natural essential oils.
Our deodorant sprays are approved and sold in the EU, which is why you see the allergen declarations. Ingredients like linalool and geraniol are not separately added ingredients. They are simply present in the essential oils and we include them on our labels because it's legally required to do so in the EU for people to avoid potential allergens. This is also a benefit for our sensitive USA customers who have had allergy testing.
Do I need to do an armpit "detox" before Blissoma's spray deodorants will work on me?
No, our formula will be able to work effectively even if you are switching from another deodorant. That's partly because it naturally corrects your skin pH to a more acidic state on its own. There is no need to wipe with apple cider vinegar or do anything else to reset before using our product.
Are Blissoma's spray deodorants ok to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
Due to the fact that silver ions can potentially cross the placenta with unknown fetal health effects it's currently not advised to use products with silver citrate during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We can recommend our Scentless Stick or Magnesium Deodorant Sticks instead, and both of these formulas also offer strong, effective odor protection.

Directions
Shake before using. Spray 2 times under arms after bathing, or as needed to refresh during the day. Allow to dry before dressing. (this is simply to keep the spray on you versus your clothing so the product can work more effectively)
We've even used these as a spray to deodorize shoes and even the crotches of leggings (when you need just one more wear before washing) and it works great!
