A richly-pigmented, softly luminous, loose-mineral eyeshadow. The shimmer is a step between the Luminous Shimmer and Matte Eyeshadows, with smaller, refined particles as opposed to the bolder sparkle of the Luminous Shimmer eyeshadow. Pearluster Eyeshadow can be applied dry for a subtle glow or damp for bolder color with a metallic effect.
