Our strong, natural deodorant stick will keep odor at bay for anyone. This soft, spreadable stick offers a more balanced, skin-friendly formula that offers the efficacy of baking soda so even sensitive skin types could enjoy strong odor protection. There is less than half the baking soda as in other products, which is less problematic for your skin's natural pH levels. Plus no synthetic fragrances or essential oils!
Our new stick packaging is a compostable paper push-up tube. No more plastic! These tubes are produced in the USA by a woman-owned supplier.
Our formula includes zinc ricinoleate, which is a molecule made from zinc and ricinoleic acid, a major fatty acid of castor oil. This compound has odor-absorbing properties - it surrounds and entraps scents, making it a great helper to the rest of the recipe.
Sweat-absorbing powders help top off our solid, unscented deodorant recipe. Bentonite clay has a cleansing property for the body and Diatomaceous Earth and Organic Arrowroot Powder absorb some sweat. This is an aluminum-free deodorant, making it a safe and healthy choice for all ages.
As some people have allergies to essential oils this is a totally unscented deodorant formula. When we say unscented we mean it - this literally has no smell at all. You can layer it with your favorite natural perfume if you like and not worry about it competing or just smell like your clean self. Our base recipe contains smooth, lightweight oils that will glide over your skin easily.
This formula took many months in development as we tried to create the ideal combination of strong odor protection and mildness on skin. We tested many versions and this one spreads beautifully on skin in the perfect layer - not too thick or thin - and does the job just right. The stick format allows you to apply it without fingers which some folks very much prefer.

Directions
Use firm pressure on the bottom of the tube to advance the stick. Apply thoroughly to clean skin in an even layer. Wait several hours after shaving before using to prevent irritation.
This stick is an excellent choice for people who do not shave their underarms since they will not have to wait to apply. We've been told by many men customers that they love that the soft texture of our stick does not tug on under arm hair.
To compost the empty tube please remove the batch sticker from the bottom of the tube first.
Each 100g / 3.53 oz stick is approximately 10 weeks of daily use.
